May 15th, 2008 by Paul Johnson

Will Brink is the author of the muscle building program Brink’s Bodybuilding Revealed at MuscleBuildingNutrition.com Will Brink is not some new unknown to hit the scene. Brink has been a long time bodybuilding insider and has written many great bodybuilding articles over the years. In fact, many of the supplements we use today or know are outright scams are because of Will Brink being the first to write about it.

Will Brink is a natural hardgainer and his current picture is below.

Brink's Bodybuilding Revealed is 660 pages split into 5 major sections, Muscle Building Diet, Supplementation & Reviews, Weight Training, Cardio Fat Burning Workouts, motivation & Goal setting. The book is very in depth on each topic and it's the largest main program e-book I've yet read. The book is not made for fat people, or skinny hardgainers, it's just a comprehensive tell all book for everyone. The ebook is an easy read no matter what your previous bodybuilding knowledge was before you bought it.

The most unique thing about the book, was the over 60 supplement reviews. No other muscle building program competitor gives all those supplement reviews like he did. His reviews aren't junk either, Will Brink really knows what he talks about. I also like the fact he stresses that there is no magic workout routine. And I agree that you have to keep changing workout if you want to avoid a plateau. Will Brink does tell you exactly how to structure a good weight training routine.

Will brink throws in some nice program bonuses including 12 months free membership to his private member forum and personalized coaching. There is a lot of knowledgeable people and you can get all your questions answered about the program. There is a lot of things found at the inner circle forum that aren't available to the public like recipes, articles, nutrition databases, etc. Some of the other books he throws in are useful, especially his Overcoming Training Plateaus. You will find his pre-made diet plans very useful, just simply print them out and follow them to a T.

Conclusion:

This book is worth the $67 he charges currently. Some of his competitors charge $77 right now, but most of them don't offer free forum membership and coaching or extensive supplement reviews like Will Brink. Will doesn't give you the impression there is some magic workout routine and meals you have to eat, like some other programs. He is just full of sound muscle building and fat loss advice, that is useful for men, women of all levels and goals.
