I just take a look to Blasting back. I'm newbie here. i tend to increase about 10pounds for my muscle on 3months. do you have any tips or lesion for that?.

When lifting a weights make sure there's an interval of at least 5second per lift.

I'll try this kind of technique because now I lack muscle gain.
