Creatine is safe when you use it fairly.

In normal doses, it's widely considered to be safe. It's long term tested.

Lots of people recommend waiting until you are 18 though, just to be safe. On the other hand, lots of people group it in the same category as protein as far as safety goes.

It hasn't been tested much in people younger than 18, and the body is developing differently then. I would assume it's safe but I'd be careful about how much you take and I probably wouldn't use it a lot if I were really young.

creatine does come into food naturally, so it is not an unnatural substance.
However, in terms of order, having healthy food and vegetables is a higher priority.

AS many other supplements it can do harm to you if overdosed, so just keep all under control and don't worry

I think its safe if you cycle off for a few weeks occasionally.

The original creatine monohydrate when used in large doses can cause bloating , stomach cramps and well multiple trips to the bathroom . I use creatine but I use a clone of Size On which is identical just cheaper.
