Are you trying to ask where are you going to start from the task of shaping yourself thru exercise? Please be specific.

I think if you want to exercise you must have perseverance and patient to do it . Try always to stick with you plan and be creative with it while losing weight and doing exercise . Try to do warm up before and after exercise .

Prize yourself in the end of a hard day of exercising. For example, treat yourself to something good and that you wouldn't normally get in a ordinary day. Most of all you need inspiration, what are the good reasons for exercising? you get healthier, prevent yourself from many diseases, and you look and feel great. Its a win win situation.

Are you planning to become a professional bodybuilder or just an amateur? On your goal depends the value of individual burden and quantity and specifications of exercises.

To be able to achieve your desired weight, determination and discipline is important. If you are determined to achieve a perfect shape for your body then strict compliance of what must be done is necessary.

In order to make your workouts successful and useful for your body try to start with small burden and then increase the amount of exercises step by step.

Exercise is very important thing for a healthy life. So you should have better path for it. Better you can get an appointment with your neighbor personal trainer for a consultation. Most trainers will give you a free consultation. First you should start little and start with a walking program of about 20 minutes.

The body of men also women are totally dissimilar. Get preparation of familiar trainer. Eat habitually all over the day so you don't bonk during your workout.  ::)

Hi guys,
We know exercise is very important for health because exercise is maintained your body and your body explain your self confidence.
I think jogging is very good exercise. This exercise is best for everyone. Jogging removes your weakness and your body feels fresh. I think this tip is good for everyone. This time everyman very busy so we don't daily exercise but jogging is good for them.

There is plenty of good beginner weight training routines out there.  A 3 or 4 day split is what I recommend.

I guess you should make up a plan and set goals first, if you know what exactly you want to achieve, it's easier to move ahead!
think of the ammount of exercises you will do daily, think of a diet, and don't forget that the intensity of the workouts should be minimal first.
Everyone wants to see the results quicker, so train till they are exhausted, and that can be really harmful for your health. Try to wear heart rate monitors, they will show you how your body copes with the burden. You don't have to waste a fortune here, Beets BLU heart rate monitors for example are avaliable for a reasonable price
