What is the difference between whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate?

Isolate is a more pure form of whey protein. So your body feeds off it quicker. Regular whey protein has isolate in it usually, plus other ingredients. Regular whey protein is probably better for before workouts, and Isolate is better for after workouts when your body needs protein quickly.

whey protein isolate is more good in comparison to concentrate.
 it is best use when you use it before workout.

Isolate absorbs much faster which is not really what you want unless postworkout or breakfast.
