Well, first of all as you are not an experienced sportsman, you shout find a good coach, who will estimate thye situation so to say and make a sort of schedule for you, then you should keep to a proper diet, again your coach may help you to select the one, it all depends, but usually it's enouph to go to the gym three of four times a week, and be careful here, most young men who want to see the result as fast as possible exhaust themselves during the first week, and in the end either lose the desire to go on, or have problems with health, especially with the heart, so I'd advise you to use an hrm, it will help you to keep all under control.
