Title: Is it possible to workout with no special equipment?

In order not to stop training when I'm travelling and don't have possibility to go to the gym but not willing to lose shape, I try at least go jogging or swimming in the local pool, to be sure the training is effective, I put on my hrm and keep control over the heart rate zone, I count it here http://www.beetsblu.com/hrzone/, and what are your ways out?
