OK, my secret way is to put padlock on the fridge and go jogging in the park, the only bad thing here is not to break the diet after the workout, if I manage that in the morning I notice that have lost half a kilo, a strong desire to lose weight quickly may do miracles! and on the other hand I never forget to keep the work of my heart under control, so Beets BLU hrm is a must at every workout
