Massive High Protein Plateau Busting Diet
I've hit a plateau in my muscle and strenght. I decided to up my protein intake from 1 gram to 2 grams per pound of bodyweight. Carbs and fat will be kepts the same. I am testing to see if increasing protein beyond 1 gram/pound increases gains.
Ill report updates every week.
