I want a strong jaw look. You know the chiseled masculine full healthy look of some handsome men. Any kind of facial workout routine that will improve the muscles of my face to look like them?

After gaining muscle and weight your face gets fuller anyways.

and does it also boil down to having good genes? i mean if your jaw has that 'strong jaw' look, then you dont need to pay special attention to it, just do the body routine and it somehow follows... havent heard of a facial workout, but i'd love to know if there is such a thing...

Yha I guess that how your face looks is more about gens and less about workout.

Its about bone structure, whats in your genes. You won't get a square jaw from lifting weights.

I totally agree with that. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it. I would however suggest that you look up books on body language. You can certainly influence other ppl's opinion of you by adapting your body language (and tone of voice for instance).

that sounds interesting for men to focus somewhat on the part of the face to contour. facial exercise has one very simple reason to make it as a routine too. it stimulate blood flow and circulation to relieve tension and improves overall appearance of the face. here are some steps to help you out: place your thumb and forefinger on the either side of your mouth, slide your fingers down until you feel your jaw bone. make sad face real hard and go back to normal face so that muscle pulls. make the sad face a few more times until you feel the muscle. now, keep fingers firm in place and slide toward the center of your chin.

The best muscle building exercises are compound exercises that involve multiple muscle groups and multiple joint movements. Compound exercises such as bench press, military press, squats etc. involve the most amount of muscles in every rep. These types of exercises will help you develop good core strength,
