I am actually new in this forum and even in bodybuilding.
My main purpose is posting here is because I noticed that I'm getting fat already and also to collect helps and information on how to start and the whats to start with.
I haven't trained ever since but I'm not that fat.
I have big buns, thighs and stomach. I'm scared that if I don't do something, I might be like those people who are suffering from obesity.
So I am asking your help and consideration upon this matter.
What will I do? specifications are important
