general workout routine
Hi All,
I am looking for a good 30 minute daily general workout routine. Also any other workout routine resources would be great. Thanks all.

Depends how hard you want to work out. If your a beginner maybe start with a comfortable weight doing single arm weight lifting then move it up to both, mixed with a bit of boxing. Its a great work out for the arms. Then you can mix it up a little with some chin ups and push ups and cool down with some more weights. Makes for a good 30 min work out. I do it quite regularly, change it all the time though to keep my body guessing what it's going to be doing next. Good luck mate.

I am doing a job and I think now it is the high time to start workout but I dont want that muscle sort of thing, I just want to be fit and in shape.
I want to know in the beginning how much time would I put daily.

routine...? box around for your arms, maybe do with the barbells.. then crunches for your sixpacks.. do it hard workout everyday.

I think very important is to understand what you want to gain with that workout then you can find program for daily workout.
